The Sr. HR Generalist executes HR programs, aligns HR strategies with business strategies, streamlines and standardizes HR policies and practices, and helps develop the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital.
Provide counsel and guidance to people leaders and employees regarding company policies, procedures, and employment law.
Coach, counsel, and guide managers before the execution of employee disciplinary actions.
Provide employee relations consultation and coaching.
Work with legal counsel on lawsuit discovery and litigation preparation.
Review applications/resumes and provide assistance in the hiring process, including scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates and processing new hire paperwork.
Contribute to specific projects as determined in the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure that all employee matters are handled with consistency, fairness and in alignment with company values.
Facilitate HR related training that impacts employees and managers and/or business.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in a comparable HR role (employee relations focused).
Knowledge of compliance regulations, employment law and practices required.
PHR/SPHR certification and or SHRM-CP a plus.
