In this critical role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our organizations IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats. You will play a key role in identifying security vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks, and responding to security incidents. As an integral part of the security team, you can expect to be a strong critical thinker who possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical skillsets to work in a fast-paced environment with IT teams to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation and execute the highest level of security across the organization.

Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
810 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or IT.
Proven hands-on experience with:
SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm)
Endpoint protection solutions Preferred: SentinelOne; alternatives: CrowdStrike, Sophos
Vulnerability management tools Preferred: Rabbit7 Platform; alternatives: Tenable, Qualys
Security orchestration platforms Preferred: Rabbit7 Platform; alternatives: Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Swimlane
Email security solutions Preferred: Check Point; alternatives: Proofpoint, Mimecast
Security awareness training platforms Preferred: KnowBe4 (Nob4); alternatives: Cofense, Infosec IQ
Strong knowledge of Network protocols and security architecture
Experience utilizing encryption techniques and secure application development
Capable of:
Conducting thorough incident response and proactive threat hunting
Integrating and managing security tools across complex environments
Will be responsible for owning a new enterprise password manager; must be capable of driving change and owning the rollout as the organization adopts this solutions.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail; proactive and accountable in high-pressure environments.
Excellent at translating complex security concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborating across technical and business teams.
Experience working in the similar environments as this customer, utilizing:
o Rabbit7 Platform for IDR, vulnerability scanning, and orchestration.
o Check Point for email security.
o SentinelOne for endpoint protection.
o Knowledge of KnowBe4 (Nob4) for security awareness training.
