Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to help build, strengthen, and mature a world-class Quality Management System while driving manufacturing excellence across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between hands-on manufacturing quality and digital quality systems, bringing both floor-level process discipline and the ability to develop, implement, and improve scalable quality programs.

The ideal candidate will have a true builder mentality. This person should have experience creating and implementing quality systems, SOPs, procedures, documentation, workflows, and business processes rather than simply operating within established frameworks. They will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s Quality Management System, supporting digital quality initiatives, improving manufacturing performance, and preparing the business for continued ISO 9001 certification success.

This individual will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Maintenance, and Leadership to establish sustainable quality processes that improve product quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. They must be comfortable working with strong technical personalities and engineering teams, earning credibility quickly, identifying process gaps, challenging assumptions, and educating stakeholders through fact-based recommendations.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.
