Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Norcross, GA. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our solar cell manufacturing facility. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, optimize preventive maintenance schedules, and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors, you will contribute to the success and sustainability of our company.

Required Skills & Experience

*Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar technical field) or related discipline.

*10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

*Demonstrated expertise in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimizing equipment reliability, and driving improvement projects.

*Strong technical knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, reliability-centered maintenance, and equipment optimization strategies.

*Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Additional certifications or training in maintenance management, reliability practices, and leadership are preferred.
