Job Description

Manage a team of 4 helpdesk analysts
Address and prioritize helpdesk tickets
Develop and implement helpdesk policies
Train and mentor staff
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues
Report on helpdesk performance and capacity planning
Oversee new hire processes and equipment management
Partner with HR for onboarding/offboarding

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of IT support experience
Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Service-oriented and experienced in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills, especially with senior leaders
Ability to handle high-priority, complex tickets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience with remote support tools and network security
