Job Description

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. This will be levels 1-3 support and will be 75% on phone/virtual support and 25% hands on support. The environment for support is Windows, Active Directory, 0365, and must be comfortable working across multiple different platforms. A basic level of networking experience is also required. You will receive tickets through Jira, as well as from phone and emails/chats. A very strong level of customer service is required as you will be supporting all layers of the business including executives and C-suites. This role can pay anywhere from 20-25 hourly depending on exp.

Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years experience Helpdesk/Desktop Support
Strong Windows 10-11 experience
Active Directory setting up users, enabling permissions, setting up and disabling accounts, etc
Basic networking experience (ping commands , IP addressing and troubleshooting)
Wifi experience (meraki a plus)
0365 experience
Intune
Comfortable working across same version of multiple platforms (example could get ERP ticket for one day NetSuite, one day 365 etc)
Very strong customer service skills and personality (Will be supporting C-suite , will be supporting all layers of the business)
