Job Description

A Partner of Insight Global is looking for a talented Equipment Engineer to join their team. The Equipment Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting equipment used in the manufacturing of solar cells. This role ensures equipment operates efficiently and reliably to support high-yield, high-quality solar cell production.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
3+ years of equipment engineering experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (semiconductor, solar, or related).
Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, pneumatics, sensors, and PLCs.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with SPC, FMEA, and TPM principles preferred.
CAD and technical drawing skills a plus.
Ability to work on-site in a cleanroom or factory floor environment.
