Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
35 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or clean energy environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud) or similar systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning.
Proficient in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and SQL basics.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in solar, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or SCADA systems.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
