Job Description

In this role, The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting project governance, standards, reporting, and overall project execution within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role ensures that project management processes, methodologies, and best practices are followed to drive efficiency, consistency, and successful project delivery. The PMO Specialist works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to monitor project performance and provide strategic support

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-7 years of Project management PMO support or similar roles
- Proficiency in PM Software (SAP PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Experience overseeing an implementation of a new ERP system.
- Has worked supported an implantation in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelors degree in business, PM, IT or Engineering

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PMP Certification
- Certified Scrum Master Certification
- Previous role was a contract role
