Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Specialist to join our team in Marietta. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and a solid foundation in Excel. The position involves high-volume billing and requires accuracy, speed, and a proactive approach to managing billing tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry for billing processes
Utilize Excel to manage and organize billing data
Ensure billing records are complete and error-free
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous billing experience preferred
Excellent 10-key data entry skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must live within 30 minutes of the Marietta office
Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
