A leading home improvement retailer is looking for a Delivery Manager/SDLC Project Manager to join their IT organization that is focused on applications driving a seamless customer experience for their commercial builders. This application suite is utilized by sales reps supporting the commercial builder client(s) to plan and schedule order deliveries proactively for large scale projects. This Delivery Manager will work across the business teams as well as the product development teams to ensure alignment, facilitate meetings to remove roadblocks, and drive forward progress to ensure the teams adhere to project schedule. This role will not be responsible for financial management, requirements gathering, or backlog grooming. This resource must be personable and inquisitive as they are responsible for building relationships with stakeholders to understand what their priorities are, aligning vision to a common goal, facilitate meetings to remove roadblocks and drive forward momentum and hold the product teams accountable to clean agile processes and delivery.
55/hr to $65/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

7+ years in an enterprise level project management role managing application development projects in an agile environment
Technical understanding of the application development lifecycle
Strong communication skills with the ability to foster team collaboration and build relationships with key stakeholders
This role will not be responsible for financial management, requirements gathering, or backlog grooming
Experience managing large stakeholder groups and uncovering what matters most to each stakeholder
Highly organized and inquisitive to get to a resolution
Experience working with Jira Align extracting reports
This person wont be creating dependencies or capabilities rather managing the product teams to ensure data hygiene
Preview experience working in a Project Management/Project Delivery role at Home Depot
Experience with Confluence
Previous experience working with Glean
