Our client is seeking a Business Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming Agile data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate has experience working with Atlassian Analytics or developing reporting derived from Jira/Jira Align.
Candidates local to Atlanta, GA are highly preferred. However, remote candidates will also be considered!
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain custom dashboards and reporting solutions using Atlassian Analytics
Analyze Agile metrics and product management data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the Finance Product Management organization to gather requirements and deliver insights.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives that support strategic decision-making.
Support Agile operations by providing tailored reporting regarding mapping dependencies, tracking OKRs, and evaluating epics and features.

SQL proficiency for building and optimizing queries.
Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
Experience with Atlassian Analytics or Jira / Jira Align reporting.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, terminology, and tooling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
