Insight Global is seeking an HVAC Controls Engineer for a Mechanical Contractor in Macon, GA. This person is going to be responsible for traveling within a 50 mile radius to support the programming and commissioning of HVAC equipment on construction sites. This person will:
Set up BAS servers & commission controls systems to meet project designs
Troubleshoot equipment
Program the equipment as well as complete start up & check out
Work alongside project leads to complete work to client specifications
Complete service calls as necessary (occasional night or weekend)

o 3-5 years experience with commercial HVAC experience (commissioning & Check out)
o Experience with HVAC service
o Proficient in a programming language - Honeywell or distech or tridium Niagara
o Strong communication skills written & verbal and able to communicate clearly with customers
o High school diploma and/or 2 year degree
