Job Description

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work in Duluth, GA on a hybrid schedule. This person will manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly close activities while supporting global finance operations in a matrixed environment. They will analyze financial results, support Sales and Finance leadership across multiple regions, and contribute to financial modeling and process improvements.
This person will also conduct weekly backlog reviews for U.S. and Canadian operations and collaborate with international teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Overall, this client is seeking an individual to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements that generate time savings through automation and standardization.
Daily Responsibilities:
Preparation of plan, forecast, and budget schedules.
Responsibility for monthly close and reporting.
Evaluation of monthly financial results against forecast/budget/prior year.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
Participation in creating financial modeling.
Evaluate and recommend financial systems and technologies to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.






PR: $50/hr-$60/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in general accounting, financial analysis/planning
Microsoft Office experience (advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of general ledger and ERP systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CPA and/or MBA
1+ year of supervisory experience
Experience in a global manufacturing environment
