Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented engineering resource to support a short-term documentation initiative focused on process plan creation, updates, and change management within a highly structured environment. This role will work heavily within PLM systems (Windchill) and collaborate cross-functionally to execute repeatable documentation updates at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and update Process Plans (PP) in alignment with production requirements
Generate and manage Change Notifications (CNs) and associated Change Tasks (CTs)
Utilize Windchill to locate, copy, and modify existing process plans based on product and class groupings
Develop new documentation by adapting existing process plans and ensuring proper naming, structure, and organization
Remove outdated or irrelevant associations and ensure documentation is stored in the correct system locations
Support the creation of additional process plans (e.g., WC or POU) when missing or required
Attach updated documentation to appropriate change tasks and workflows
Execute repetitive documentation changes with a high level of accuracy and consistency

Compensation: $40/hr to $48/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6+ years of experience in engineering, document control, or technical documentation support
- Experience working in a PLM system (Windchill strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of process documentation, change control, and engineering workflows
- Proven ability to follow structured processes and manage high-volume, repetitive updates
- Experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Background in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or document control leadership
-Experience supporting engineering change processes in production environments
