The Global Director of Data Management & Business Intelligence partners closely with C-level executives and Senior leadership to translate strategic needs into impactful data and BI solutions. This role oversees the full lifecycle of global data initiativesfrom strategy and architecture to implementationwhile managing agile workflows and tools like Jira. The director leads a high-performing, geographically distributed team of data engineers and BI analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. They are responsible for delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards, maintaining and enhancing the enterprise data warehouse, and ensuring data quality and accessibility by streamlining infrastructure. The role also champions a data-driven culture through training and best practices, ensures data integrity through validation and exploration, and tracks KPIs to support key business initiatives. Additionally, the director manages BI budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party providers, while supporting master data management and governance efforts in collaboration with data owners.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related
5-10+ years of experience managing agile data projects, with a focus on data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting
Proven leadership experience, including managing global or cross functional teams
Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
Proficiency with ETL tools including Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or DBT
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms
Strong background in data visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik
Experience managing projects within a global, matrixed organization
Background as a Data or Business analyst
Familiarity with AI Integration and evolving Microsoft data technologies
- Certifications in data governance, business intelligence, or Microsoft platforms
