Job Description
Owner's-representative program-level scheduling lead sitting across multiple active hyperscale data center campuses in Georgia. This is not a single-campus seat. You own scheduling governance across the portfolio, set the standards other schedulers work to, and lead a small team of campus-level schedulers reporting into you. You report into program leadership and sit inside the owner's-side org. You are the owner's eyes on schedule. Your job is to be deeply engaged on progress, risk, and critical path across the sites, without running the developer or the GC.
What you'll own
Scheduling governance across the portfolio. WBS structure, activity coding, calendars, baseline submission requirements, update cadence, reporting standards. Standards do not yet exist at program level. You will help build them.
Baseline review and approval on contractor schedules across sites. DCMA-14 point check in Acumen Fuse. Push back on soft logic, weak resource loading, and float manipulation.
Integrated master schedule across the portfolio. Roll campus-level schedules into a program view for executive reporting.
Time Impact Analysis on contractor change requests across sites. Clean, defensible, consistent methodology.
Critical path oversight across the portfolio. Focus areas: power delivery and substation energization, long-lead mechanical and electrical equipment, commissioning handover.
Validation of 60/90-day look-aheads and payment application progress claims for developer working capital.
Weekly and monthly executive reporting: baseline variance, milestone status, critical path health, look-ahead, TIA log, program-level risk.
Coach and lead the campus-level scheduling team. Consistency of posture, methodology, and reporting across sites.
Partner with cost, PM, and commissioning leads. Surface schedule and cost misalignments early.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years construction scheduling. Program-level leadership scope, not just single-project delivery.
6+ years hyperscale data center scheduling or directly comparable owner's-rep program work on a mega project (hyperscale campus, semiconductor fab, or other mission-critical build).
Prior seat leading scheduling governance across multiple sites, a portfolio, or a single mega program with multiple concurrent work fronts. Team lead, not IC.
P6 expert. DCMA-14 fluent.
Resource loading and S-curve generation from scratch. Able to walk through end to end on a whiteboard.
Baseline review methodology on the owner's side. Concrete examples of catching contractor schedules on soft logic and making the pushback stick.
Forensic delay analysis and TIA on real programs.
Executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
Onsite 4-5 days/week across Metro Atlanta campuses. Relocation to region required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior hyperscaler owner's-rep engagement.
Standards and playbook work: scheduling SOPs, baseline review checklists, WBS standardization across a program.
Experience standing up governance frameworks on new programs where the standards do not yet exist.
Familiarity with developer-led delivery models (owner selects a third-party developer, developer selects the GC).
Civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering degree. PSP or CCM.
