Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides dependable day‑to‑day administrative support with a strong focus on data entry, database maintenance, and document management. This role supports internal teams by ensuring accurate records, organized documentation, and timely administrative execution. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working in databases and enterprise software systems (including IndySoft or similar platforms such as Primavera), and able to manage routine administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

-Prior experience in an administrative assistant, data entry, or office support role.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with IndySoft, Primavera, or similar database/project management software.
-Experience with scanning, indexing, and document control processes.
-Ability to work independently while supporting multiple requests and priorities.
