Job Description

- Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, including hiring and performance reviews.

- Align engineering priorities with business objectives by collaborating with product, sales, and other teams.

- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery of software solutions.

- Monitor team performance, address risks, and drive operational excellence.

Salary range varies upon on education and experience, ranging from $150-170K.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in software engineering, with 3-5 years in a leadership role (includes hiring, performance management, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
Solid understanding of software architecture and technologies (e.g., cloud, microservices, CI/CD).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experienced working in an AWS cloud environment.
