Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an IT Project Manager, with M&A experience being secondary and not among the top priorities for success it is a nice to have. The primary need is a PM with exceptional communication skills who can lead and drive projects forward with confidence. This individual will own the critical path of the project timeline, deliver clear executive‑level status reporting, and provide structure and momentum across initiatives (PMP certification is a nice to have). The PM will work closely with project leads to gather detailed updates, understand current status and risks, and proactively identify issues looping in the right stakeholders to drive solutions. A key pain point today is the lack of a dedicated PM to sit with each lead, align on what needs to be done, and ensure clear, consistent communication across the team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience as a strong IT Project Management leading complex initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills - able to clearly engage project leads and provide executive level status reports
- Demonstrates the ability to own and manage the critical path, timelines, risks, and dependencies across projects
- Hands on experience partnering with project leads to understand scope, current state, issues and next steps
- Strong leadership skills to drive projects forward, proactively surface issues and loop in the right stakeholders to reach solutions
