Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Principal Product/UX Designer to join one of our Workforce Solutions/Staffing Industry clients and sit fully remote. This person will become a member of the Engineering team, specifically to lead end to end design work across unified talent platforms and help scale a modern design system used across NextGen / Unified Talent product ecosystems. They will translate user and business insights into clear journeys, prototypes, and high-quality product experiences. This person will drive the evolution of the design system by strengthening component libraries, tokens, accessibility, and implementation quality across mobile and web. The best resource will conduct or support UX research activities and incorporate insights into iterative design decision while maintaining highly organized, shareable design artifacts in Figma and Confluence.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of product design experience and ownership of complex, multi-step workflows
• Deep expertise in Figma (components, prototyping, variants)
• Previously designed/built for large scale, complex, experienced based systems
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to implement design systems and scaled UI patterns
• Track record of mentoring others, elevating design quality, and creating momentum through ownership and self direction
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped, meaningful product work with clear rationale
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with mobile first design or Flutter ecosystems
• Background in staffing, recruiting, gig economy, or workforce management products
platforms such as marketplaces, workforce/HR tech, logistics, SaaS, or other multi persona systems
• Comfort with usability testing, discovery interviews, or mixed method research
