- Team needs to come and do an assessment of where we are today. Only 10% manual. In order to automate enviro we need to use this tool
- Continue to build automation and introduce frameworks that they do have

pay rate will vary between 20-24/hr depending on years of experience

Test automation front use play right (very beneficial) w/ typescript - if don't have play right then selenium experience
- Building automation framework experience or building from scratch
PL SQL backed and .NET/angular on the front end - don't need this necessarily
