Job Description
We are seeking a Document Control / Content Management Specialist to support our Fortune 10 Technology Customer's Data Center Services team. This role is responsible for end-to-end document management, including project setup, document governance, engineering change control, and construction closeout across large-scale hyperscale projects.
This individual will act as a central point of coordination between project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, complete, and audit-ready.
Compensation:
$40hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years of document control, content management, or project support in:
- Construction, engineering, or data center environments
- Hands-on experience with construction closeout documentation
- Document control processes (versioning, naming, indexing)
- Construction lifecycle documentation (RFIs, submittals, as-builts, O&M manuals)
- Experience managing large volumes of structured documentation
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, BIM 360, or similar)
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with metadata taxonomy design and data governance
- Exposure to commissioning and testing documentation (Cx)
- Knowledge of change management systems (ECN/ECR workflows)
- Lean / continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience supporting multi-region or global programs
