Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Deployment Analysts to join the Deployment & Activation team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end deployment of mobile ordering, kiosks, and ePOS solutions across client locations. He/She will work with Operations, Menu, Banking, Tax, Hardware, Networking, and third-party partners to ensure each location launches successfully. He/She will manage timelines, coordinate system setup, resolve issues, oversee testing, support go live, and complete project handoff.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project kickoff meetings to confirm scope, requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure menus, taxes, payment processing, hardware, networking, and other deployment requirements are completed on time.
• Configure stores, payment settings, tax rates, menus, and related system settings.
• Facilitate menu training and validation sessions, and Operations training before launch.
• Coordinate end to end testing, resolve issues, and obtain approval before go live.
• Support go-live activities, including occasional weekend deployments, and monitor locations during launch.
• Complete project handoff, documentation, and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate project status, timelines, risks, and reporting throughout the deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in deployment, implementation, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, and Microsoft applications (specific to project planning, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Comfortable working in web based administrative systems with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend go live activities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SaaS, retail technology, food service technology, or ecommerce platforms. (Hospitality)
• Familiarity with POS, kiosk, or mobile ordering solutions.
• Experience with payment processing, merchant IDs, and third-party payment integrations.
• Knowledge of menu or product catalog management systems.
• Experience creating or maintaining process documentation.
