This role plays a pivotal part in post-acquisition integration by ensuring master data consistency, deduplication, and alignment with the corporate ERP template to support seamless Day 1 operations in finance, procurement, sales, inventory, and supply chain processes. Additionally, this position will contribute to our reporting systems by assisting in migrating data from our main ERP to cloud-based analytical systems (such as PowerBI), designing semantic models, and troubleshooting SQL statements (this skill is not necessary to start as long as the candidate is willing to learn).

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data mapping/matching for ERP migrations in M&A scenarios.

Develop and execute data matching, mapping, and harmonization rules aligned with corporate ERP standards.
Perform data cleansing, duplication, enrichment, and standardization using SQL, scripts, ETL tools, or MDM platforms.
Create and maintain mapping documents, transformation logic, cross‑reference tables, and conversion specifications.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and acquired entities to validate rules, resolve conflicts, and confirm mappings.
Work closely with the ERP team to validate and ingest converted data into the target system
Design and execute mock conversions, validation cycles, reconciliation, and error resolution to ensure high data accuracy.
Support ETL processes by writing/reviewing SQL and building pipelines in Matillion and Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Participate in cutover planning, dry runs, go‑live execution, and post‑go‑live stabilization and troubleshooting.
Document processes, issues, decisions, and lessons learned to support repeatable migration of playbooks for future acquisitions.
Contribute to master data governance by improving data standards and preventing recurring quality issues.
Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and ensure successful migration readiness.
