Job Description

- Help w/ the 401K audit - end of sept - where the UKG piece will come in
- Open enrollment prep - last 2 weeks of oct
- Manage the ADA, FMLA (leave process)
- Pay the monthly invoices - anyone who has done benefits will know this.
- Knowledge of all government requirements for benefits - KOBRA, Quadro, disability rules, FMLA rules, IRS required plan knowledge



$_80___/hr to $__85___/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Needs to know UKG
- 5+ years of benefits experience
- Needs to process leaves of absence, needs to know open enrollment
- Need to know benefits compliance, how to manage benefits plans, need to have knowledge enough to go to signa or broker if we are having an issue.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
