Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to support a healthcare client’s new site builds, facility moves, renovations, and regional growth initiatives across the Metro Atlanta area. This role is heavily focused on physical and network infrastructure, partnering with internal engineering teams, vendors, and general contractors to ensure infrastructure readiness for healthcare facilities ranging from small office moves to large‑scale renovations. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $10K to $3M.

The Infrastructure Project Manager will manage a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure projects, owning both planning and execution. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans and budgets using MS Project and Excel, coordinating daily work with network, wireless, telephony, circuit, and cabling teams, and leading project meetings and stakeholder communications. The role also includes frequent site walks, floor plan and cabling reviews, and onsite coordination across multiple facilities as priorities shift. This position supports projects of varying size and complexity, requires comfort being in the field, and operates in a fast‑paced environment where adaptability and proactive issue escalation are critical.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience managing network and physical infrastructure projects (hardware‑focused; not application‑centric)
Hands‑on experience supporting site integrations, office moves, and facility expansions
Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure, circuits and carriers, structured cabling, wireless systems, telephony systems
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scope, complexity, and budgets
Proficiency with MS Suite tools including MS project, excel, outlook, teams, etc
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP Certification
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior healthcare infrastructure experience
