Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Architect captivating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that visualize groundbreaking concepts, incorporating UI best practices like consistency, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal to make every interaction pop.
Team up with powerhouse cross-functional squads—including product managers, developers, and fellow designers—to transform bold business visions into user-friendly masterpieces, applying UI principles of minimalism and visual balance for designs that wow.
Ignite innovation through iterative testing and feedback loops, refining designs and optimizing user flows with UI elements that provide immediate responsiveness and error prevention, turning good into extraordinary.
Champion responsive, accessible designs that align with brand guidelines across mobile and desktop, leveraging UI principles such as grid systems and whitespace mastery to create visually stunning, inclusive experiences.
Stay ahead of the curve by immersing yourself in the latest industry trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices, fueling your passion to drive trailblazing innovations that set new standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing your UX process, from research to final designs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and agile methodologies.
Background in visual design or UI/UX integration.
