Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a a Senior Project Manager (IT) – Ecommerce to lead the execution of multiple concurrent Ecommerce and Digital initiatives supporting Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth and customer experience objectives. This role is execution-focused and manages 3–4 projects simultaneously.
Compensation: $55-$65/hr dependent on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple Ecommerce projects managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate delivery across UX, Engineering, Analytics, Platform, and Marketing teams
• Manage project-level resources including Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, and Project Coordinators
• Manage vendors and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Track budgets, forecasts, and delivery health using ServiceNow SPM or similar tools
• Apply AI-assisted tools to enhance planning, risk identification, reporting, and execution
• Demonstrate willingness and curiosity to learn and adopt AI-enabled project management practices
Required Qualifications
• 6–10+ years of IT project management experience
• Experience delivering Ecommerce or Digital initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar PPM tools
• Willingness to learn and apply AI to project management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• DTC or Ecommerce platform experience (e.g., Shopify or similar)
• Experience with CMS, DAM, CDP, Analytics, and Digital Marketing integrations
• Exposure to AI copilots or analytics-driven delivery tools
