Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an E-commerce Growth Manager. The E‑Commerce Growth Manager is responsible for driving digital revenue growth by leading the company’s e‑commerce strategy, optimizing online sales channels, and enhancing the digital customer experience. This role requires a hands‑on operator who can immediately integrate into the existing e‑commerce team and take full ownership of key growth levers, including email marketing strategy, paid search performance, and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of B2B manufacturing environments, complex product data, and digital acquisition strategies.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, or related field.
5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles, ideally within manufacturing or B2B environments.
Proven experience managing email marketing programs, paid search campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising channels.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with ERP, PIM, and CRM systems common in manufacturing.
Familiarity with complex product catalogs and technical product data.
Experience with marketplace advertising and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Knowledge of CRO methodologies and UX best practices.
