We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to oversee demolition projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, ensuring safety, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires proficiency in entering information into the Project Management Information System (PMIS) for reporting and handling a high volume of Requests for Information (RFIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of demolition projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
PMIS Reporting: Enter and maintain accurate project information in the PMIS system for reporting purposes.
RFI Management: Handle and respond to a high volume of RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the demolition crew, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure standards are met.
Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction or demolition industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in PMIS systems, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle multiple RFIs efficiently.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in construction safety and management are a plus.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
