Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our large financial clients in a variety of markets. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key member of the Integration Management Office (IMO), responsible for coordinating conversion readiness activities across business, operations, technology, training, and support teams. This role focuses on ensuring employees, leaders, and support organizations are fully prepared for major banking conversion events and merger-related initiatives. The position is highly operational in nature, with an emphasis on stakeholder alignment, planning, execution, reporting, and issue management rather than technical project delivery.

On a daily basis, this individual will work with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Learning & Development, Operations, Client Care, Technology teams, branch leadership, and front-line employees to develop and execute readiness plans for conversion activities. They will coordinate meetings, track milestones and dependencies, manage risks and issues, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure all groups remain aligned on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
The role will also be responsible for producing executive-level status reporting, monitoring program health, escalating critical issues, and supporting conversion command center activities before, during, and after conversion weekend. A significant portion of the work involves organizing information from multiple teams, identifying operational gaps, evaluating staffing needs, and ensuring the appropriate support structures are in place for branch employees, bankers, tellers, client care teams, and back-office operations.
Success in this role requires strong project management fundamentals, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate can navigate complex operational environments, drive accountability across teams, and remain calm and effective during heightened support periods surrounding conversion weekend and major integration milestones.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
