We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with a strong emphasis on documentation and note-taking to support project teams across multiple initiatives. This role will be responsible for capturing detailed meeting notes, maintaining accurate project records, and assisting in the coordination of project activities to ensure smooth execution and communication.
Responsibilities include:
Attend project meetings and take clear, detailed & structured notes capturing the discussion along with key decisions, action items, and follow-ups
Distribute meeting minutes and enter assigned action items in the tracker
Maintain and organize project documentation
Support project managers with administrative tasks such task tracking
Assist in the preparation and formatting of project reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates
Ensure consistent use of templates and adherence to documentation standards
Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Strong listening and synthesis skillsable to translate conversations into clear, actionable documentation.
5+ years of experience in project coordination and note-taking
Exceptional written communication and note-taking skills
High attention to detail and ability to summarize complex discussions effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet; familiarity with JIRA
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies
Experience using documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
