Job Description

Work closely with the CEO, COO and SVP Business Development to formulate the overall growth strategy for the company, including go-to-market, technical offering, operational requirements, and budgeting.

Clearly articulate strategy to team and execute and deliver on expectations.

Define market position and opportunities, identify best-suited applications, aids company to capitalize on market conditions and segment opportunities.

Assists in developing a comprehensive market persona for the company and represents technical application in the marketplace and with government institutions and local municipalities.

Be a visible, outward- facing, and dynamic company representative.

Maintain a network of industry leaders and lead the overall business development effort required to transform the market.

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of competing technologies and companies.

Provides Business Development in the following areas:

* Works with potential customer to ensure proper product selection, use and layout in residential, commercial and light industry applications.

* Analyzes wastewater characteristics (flow, flow pattern and load) to select specific treatment unit and drain field requirements.

* Completes, submits and negotiates State and local permits including environmental regulators and local permits.

* Supports new applicants in established contracts with application processing and standards for use and installation.

* Provides bid and proposal costing for standard manufacturer products and local installation using 3rd parties.

* Provides proposal documents and marketing and bids for new opportunities.

* Works with business development and marketing on targeted marketing efforts.

* Maintains technical aspects of marketing and sales materials.

Develop, nurture and grow meaningful and valuable strategic relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of B2B High level technical sales experience - selling engineering services, or SaaS, or design build services in construction, or municipal water, or wastewater equipment

The 5+ years of the above sales experience has to be in a high-level role as a Regional Manager, Director, VP, or SVP.

Bachelor's degree

Experience negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers, marketing and service organizations, and customers including municipal leadership and c-suite.

Currently sits in Northern Florida, Alabama, or Southern Georgia

Willing to travel 50-60% of the time!

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in wastewater treatment, supervisory control and data acquisition or IoT environment.
