We are seeking a motivated and personable Field Services Associate to join our team in the utilities sector. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with clients, and are eager to learn the ins and outs of the utility industry. Youll be the face of our company in the field, supporting service operations and building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inspections, service checks, and basic utility support tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, property owners, and contractors
Document field activities and report findings using mobile or digital tools
Assist senior technicians and engineers with project coordination and site assessments
Learn and apply industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures
Represent the company with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of safety gear
Working Conditions:
Field-based role with regular travel within service territory
May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs

High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training a plus
Prior client-facing experience in any industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, service)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and adapt to changing environments
Basic computer or mobile device proficiency
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Interest in electric, water, or gas utility systems
Familiarity with GIS tools, mobile mapping apps, or digital reporting platforms
Bilingual communication skills are a plus
