Job Description
A leading quick-service restaurant chain client of Insight Global, is seeking a detailed oriented Privacy and Finance Contractor to support the Privacy Risk and Compliance function. This role will focus on managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), tracking Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, reviewing vendor invoices, and performing various administrative and operational tasks to support the Privacy and Compliance initiatives within the Information Technology Organization. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• DSAR Process Support:
o Manage and respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., CCPA).
o Coordinate with internal teams to gather, review, and verify personal data for DSAR responses.
o Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of DSARs while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
o Maintain detailed records of DSARs and related communications for audit purposes.
• PCI Compliance Support:
o Assist in document collection related Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance across Zaxby’s operations.
o Track Collaborate with other teams to address gaps, improve processes, obtain reporting, and implement corrective actions.
• Administrative and Operational Support:
o Provide administrative support to Vice President, including preparing reports and organizing documentation.
o Assist in tracking compliance metrics and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
o Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Invoicing & Budget Tracking:
o Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy, including amounts, vendor details, and supporting documentation.
o Log invoice details into the company’s tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
o Maintain organized files of invoices and approvals

Required Skills & Experience
• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Skills and Competencies:
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
o Discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive and confidential information.
o Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks is a plus.
