Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Specialist to join one of our financial client's teams.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience and a clear path for growth within a financial services firm. The position supports both internal operations and client-facing activities, working closely with advisors, clients, and external partners to ensure organized workflows and strong service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. While prior experience is helpful, the firm provides full training and offers potential exposure to marketing and branding initiatives as the role evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Closely With Advisors
• Directly involved with advisory team through preparation, client development, and other priorities that keep service effective
- Communicate With Clients, Back-Office Staff, and Professional Contacts
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, vendors, compliance, and other outside professionals to coordinate important information and support operations
- Handle Internal Systems and Administration
• Track and assist with internal processes that support clients, accounts, and other operational areas, including key requests, internal records & reports, and firm projects, to ensure the vital linkage of priorities with back-office teams
- Protect Confidential Information
• Handle private client and firm information with care, discretion, and sound judgment
- Carry Out an Approved Firm Marketing Strategy
Create, style, and manage approved public-facing materials through social media, website, events, branded materials, and other projects that support the firm’s visibility. Due to industry rules, regulations, laws, and firm procedures, marketing work must follow the firm’s review and compliance process. Training will be provided on how this process works

Any education or experience in financial services, administration, client service, sales, banking, real estate, insurance, legal work, or another professional industry setting is helpful but not required. A motivated individual can effectively learn this business from our client's team.
