Job Description

Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Service Division provides outsourced Technical services to many of our clients across the country. We are looking for a Technical Writer to support our Applied Engineering Services (AES) Division, with the writing, editing, and publishing of documentation and content for the organization to utilize to support division growth. This documentation will be both Insight Global internal as well as client facing. Documents you will support will include, but are not limited to, our AES Service Catalog, Project List, Website Content Development, One Pagers, Case Studies, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of technical writing experience
• Background in creative writing, content creation, journalism, or similar, and/or a Degree in English or similar
• Strong proficiency in written & verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Excel
• Active listener
• Organizational skills
• Logical/Critical Thinking
