Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the oil and gas industry is looking to add a Systems Analyst to their team! This team is consisted of 4 member, 3 in Houston, TX and 1 in Atlanta. This individual will be responsible for handling remote and hands on service desk issues. This company is headquartered in Atlanta and this person will be interacted with executives so strong communication and customer service skills are paramount. You will be responsible for handling 10-15 tickets per week along with other support requests/initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
Software and hardware troubleshooting and configuration for desktop/laptop/tablet computers
printer issues, drive mapping, machine imaging, virus and spyware removal
Managing desktops/laptops/tablets using SCCM
Imaging PCs using SCCM or other imaging tools
Troubleshooting desktop wireless issues.
Asset tracking and disposal for personal computers.
Participating as a member of project teams for personal computer-related projects.
Contribute to the sharing of knowledge and continuous improvement of Enterprise Technology teams by creating, using and sharing knowledge base articles.
The ability to gauge a users functional or technical abilities and to adjust your communications with them appropriately.
Participate as a member of project teams, as needed.


Pay Rate can range from 65k to 75Ldepending on years of experience, skills and education.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years experience as a Service Desk/Systems Analyst
Strong Office 365 support for managing teams outlook, ect
Experience troubleshooting:
Hardware: disassemble laptops and add memory
Software: SCCM for imaging laptops, VPN support, Active Directory: reset passwords, managing groups and users
Great customer service skills will be interacting with Executives
Hands on and remote support required
Strong troubleshooting skills able to solve problems without much support from others
Motivated, self-starter, team player, service oriented mindset
