This role is to support Vendor set up and maintenance
Day to Day:
Working as the liaison between our client and vendors to gather information and then enter that data into Excel.
Additional Responsibilities:
Reviewing documents and taking the pertinent information and correctly entering it into Excel
Communicate with suppliers regarding onboarding requirements, deadlines, and next steps
Schedule and coordinate meetings between multiples parties
Provide onboarding support to suppliers via email and/or Teams meetings
Work with other internal team for general program coordination
Pay rate is between $28.00-$38.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.
