Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing and managing analytics platforms, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and user needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with data visualization and statistical analysis, and a consultative approach to problem-solving. You will manage data projects, identify trends and opportunities, optimize reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that support long-term business growth.

Implement and Manage Analytics Platforms Deploy and maintain Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Utilize BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio to analyze and visualize data, providing actionable insights.
Advanced SQL & Data Management Leverage SQL expertise in cloud databases (Google BigQuery, Snowflake) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Digital Analytics Strategy Develop comprehensive measurement strategies aligned with client business objectives and KPIs.
CRO & Personalization Optimize user experiences and drive conversions using tools like Adobe Target for conversion rate optimization and personalization.
Marketing Pixel & UTM Tracking Implement marketing pixels for ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and standardize UTM parameters for accurate campaign performance tracking.

Compensation:
$50.00/hr to $65.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on technical implementation and strategy.
Proven experience implementing Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager).
Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) and advanced SQL skills, with experience in cloud databases like Google BigQuery or Snowflake.
Strong knowledge of CRO strategies and tools like Adobe Target, as well as marketing pixel implementation for major ad platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
