Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Support Engineer with deep expertise across EDI integrations, IBM B2B Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect:Direct, Sonic ESB/MQ, File Transfer Systems (FTS), and SOA-based services.
The incumbent will manage mission critical B2B/EDI production environments, lead EDI platform upgrades, Sonic MQ upgrade and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of key integration systems.
This role requires strong technical leadership, proactive troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.
Pay Rate: $15-20/HR USD - negotiable based on experience

• EDI Technologies: X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, mapping tools
• IBM B2B Sterling Integrator (SBI):
o BPML, ITX/GIS mapping
o Adapters: AS2, FTP/S, HTTP, MQ, VAN
o Routing rules, mailboxes, certificates
• IBM Connect:Direct:
o Secure file transfer operations
o Node configuration & tuning
o Troubleshooting sessions, transfers, protocols
o Cross-platform file movement (Windows, Linux, Mainframe, UNIX)
• Middleware: Sonic ESB / Sonic MQ
• FTS / MFT Tools: SFTP, FTPS, managed file transfer platforms
• SOA: REST/SOAP integrations, service orchestration
• SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), Linux/Unix, shell scripting
• Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ITIL certification preferred
• Certifications in Sterling Integrator, Connect:Direct, or MFT platforms are a plus
