Job Description

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The Senior Product Manager will be focused in the Define, Discovery, and Design phases of product development lifecycle. This role will involve heavy stakeholder management (business, engineering and UX) focused on creating pricing models for their B2B customers. The Sr. Product Manager must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and leveraging data to drive decision-making.

Candidates must be local to the Atlanta area and willing to commute to the Battery 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs), Remote on Fridays.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and customer value.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences. Partner with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; iterate based on insights.
Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and development.
Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the Retail industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Retail experience - specifically working on promotional programs, discounts, and pricing for B2B customers
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
Passion for innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
