The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Systems will be an action oriented, trusted leader who has experience around financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The Senior Financial Reporting Manager should have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence team performance towards a common strategic solution. Their primary responsibilities will be to lead and collaborate with Finance professionals across the organization to create a leading Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting environment leveraging Oracle EPM and other technologies. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and the ability to use technology effectively in financial reporting and planning.
Responsibilities:
Establish and communicate the end-to-end vision for the EPM implementation for all Operating Companies and leadership
Oversee the design, implementation and development of standard processes while being the lead to drive the change
Accountable for overall EPM program delivery, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment, successful implementation and adoption
Accountable for all program issues and risks, driving the implementation team to proactively resolve and escalate concerns when necessary.
Manage multiple projects and initiatives while balancing the monthly mandatory reporting cycles
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leadership, providing regular status updates while managing expectations
Review & address changes in project scope, participating in key working sessions to update/finalize project requirements & deliverables
Responsible for maintenance and improvement of business processes in the financial reporting environment
Manages conflict by facilitating conversations with key decision makers
Intervenes as needed to remove obstacles and roadblocks
Ensure alignment of financial reporting and forecasting with organizational goals and strategies & standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
