We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across various divisions and hub. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed successfully. This person would be managing the Canada/PR project as well as the Canada App project. A strong candidate will have experience with traditional project management with waterfall, agile, and hybrid wagile methodologies. This Project Manager should have proficiency in creating dashboards and navigating SmartSheet as well as Jira. We are looking for senior candidates with 10+ years of Project Management experience. The pay rate ranges based off years of experience between $70-80/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
o Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
o Define project resources and allocate them effectively.
o Raise risk appropriately for resource constraints or time constraints.
2. Execution and Monitoring:
o Lead project teams, facilitating collaboration and communication across stakeholders.
o Monitor project progress and performance using CFA appropriate systems and tools.
o Identify and help resolve issues or risks that may impact the project timeline or objectives.
2. Stakeholder Management:
o Ensure that stakeholder requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
o Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
3. Quality Assurance:
o Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in technology.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience working in hybrid agile/waterfall wagile environment
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment. Self-starter mentality.
Proficiency in project management software such as SmartSheet and JIRA.
Proficient creating dashboards in Jira.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with technology in food service industry.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
