Job Description

An employer is looking for a Project Manager in the Atlanta, GA area. You will serve as a centralized Project Manager point of contact across a large IT Finance department for a Fortune 100 Retail company. Selected individual must be proficient and assertive in executing their projects in a complex/large environment and be able to handle multiple large projects simultaneously. Candidate will not be managing other PMs and will be solely focused on the implementation success of their projects and financials. This position will require a heavy financials focus and someone who is very confident in their work and findings. Any knowledge of SAP is preferred, but not required.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves:

* At least 4-6 years of solid enterprise IT project management experience implementing large enterprise wide software solutions

* Previous experience working with large application development projects

* Good understanding of MS Project and being able to create detailed project plans

* Strong with leading/facilitating team meetings, tracking any open issues and driving closure to those issues

* Very Strong with Excel and tracking their own project financials/forecasting

* Extremely confident in their work and must have the ability to give direction

* Very familiar with leading large agile and/or scrum projects

* Experience managing projects with budgets around $10M

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

* Retail industry experience

* Agile or Scrum certifications

* SAP Experience
