Job Description

" Ability to perform Solution Architect tasks working on defining solutions in response of client request for proposal, technical design and development of SAP Security functions for programs, projects and change requests;
Experience in end-to-end SAP Security project implementation, ability to conduct workshops, manage and plan for UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover and Hyper care activities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP security roles for S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Define and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
Perform user administration, role design, and authorization across SAP landscapes.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure security is embedded in design.
Conduct risk analysis using GRC or other tools and implement mitigating controls.
Support SOX compliance and internal/external audits.
Provide guidance to security analysts and junior team members.
Utilize SAP Basis knowledge to understand system architecture and support troubleshooting when necessary.
7+ years of SAP Security experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong expertise in Fiori Security, UI5 apps, and OData services.
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control is preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of role design, authorization objects, and SUIM/SU53 analysis.
Understanding of SAP Basis concepts and integration with security architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills."

Compensation:
$16.00/hr to $22.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

"Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience).
7+ years' experience with SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration.
7+ years' experience in customizing, configuring, deploying, integrating, and maintaining SAP GRC 12.x. Experience in using and/or implementing SAP GRC enhancements would be a plus. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience integrating GRC with SAP for user access provisioning, SOD risk analysis, KPIs, etc.
7+ years experience with Fiori development and designing S/4HANA and Fiori security roles. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in several brown-field and green-field implementations.
Strong and proven experience with all aspects of SAP authorizations in ECC, APO, BI/BW, CRM, SCEM, SAP Enterprise Portal, HANA database, SLT, MDG, Business Objects, HCM, SuccessFactors.
Expertise in analyzing and resolving complex authorization problems utilizing SAP standard tools.
Experience with Organizational Level creations and maintenance.
Strong understanding of Structural Profiles.
Solution experience in a manufacturing industry is desired.
General knowledge of business processes within Finance, Financial Close, Sales, MM/IM, Order-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay.
Good handle on controls principles, risks, and overall awareness of the corporate security posture."

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Relevant certifications from SAP or those from other professional organizations such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc. would be a plus.
