A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud and customer portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura Components.
Design and customize customer portals with responsive UI, theming, and branding.
Configure and customize Sales or Service Cloud.
Integrate external systems using APIs.
Build flows, live agent chat, and omnichannel features.
Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities (such as Einstein and Service GPT).
Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployments.
Maintain certifications related to Salesforce development.
Pay Range is 50-80/hr depending on years of experience and merit.

2+ years of solid Salesforce development experience, preferably with Lightning applications on the Service Cloud platform.
Omni Channel Experience
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Hands-on expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura Components.
1+ year of experience designing and developing customer portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
Expertise in CSS, responsive UI, UI/X, and HTML, with experience delivering web portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and customization of Sales or Service Cloud.
Integration skills, including working with external systems via APIs.
Experience with Salesforce deployments and DevOps.
Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein and Service GPT) is a plus.
Certifications related to Salesforce development, such as Platform Developer, are beneficial.
