Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.
Candidates must be local to the Atlanta area and willing to commute to the Battery 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs), Remote on Fridays.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of Salesforce on within the organization. The Salesforce Administrator role involves extensive customization and optimization of Salesforce to achieve the needs and objectives of the business, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders. In addition, the Salesforce Administrator provides consultation and subject matter expertise to streamline business processes, makes recommendations to support scaling at a rapid pace, and maintains a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
Day-to-Day:
20% - Collaboration - Collaborate with the business and cross-functional partners to identify and define business requirements and prioritize enhancements necessary to achieve business goals.
70% - Platform Management - Customize Salesforce or Anaplan to effectively conduct business processes and workflows. Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles within Salesforce or Anaplan. Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards or models to provide actionable insights into business data. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce or Anaplan to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
10% - Teach, Train, Develop - Consult and provide subject matter expertise by developing training plans, materials, and documentation for users to help them effectively use Salesforce. Coordinate new and ongoing user training sessions.
