Insight Global is assisting an AI RiskOps client that is based out of Portugal fill an opening for a Remote Revenue Analyst that sits on the East Coast of the US. The Revenue Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our revenue streams, with a particular focus on commission-based structures. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in revenue analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and budgets.
Monitor and evaluate commission structures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize commission plans and incentives.
Prepare detailed revenue reports and presentations for senior management.
Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from forecasts and budgets.
Assist in the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in revenue analysis, with a focus on commission-based structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
